From the first visit for the quote/survey I was impressed. There was no hard sell, just a quick look round at what would be required/where the boiler would be then a quick chat of different brands of boilers. The price I was quoted seemed very reasonable to me and it’s nice to support a local company. On the day of installation the plumber got on with the job even with the difficulties of putting the flue through the roof on his own! Very pleased with the outcome of the install. The engineer set up my Hive and demonstrated how it works, also demonstrated operating the boiler itself. I would highly recommend this company and I will be getting my boiler serviced by them going forward to keep my warranty intact and make sure everything is working as expected. Richard, a boiler specialist came to replace my old Aristone boiler. It was a complex replacement because my boiler is 5 meters from the outside wall and it is a twin flue system. He was able to recommend 2 suitable options Aristone and Keston, gave best price in comparison with 4 other providers from Checkatrade, did amazing work, completed the installation and was careful. Gave me extra Carbon monoxide alarm and answered all the questions. He was careful with the flew and did the plasterboard covers to hide the flew. The boiler works perfectly, it is a Keston 30 combi boiler with twin flew. Thanks God all is fine now and we have hot water and heating.

Oliver and Henry were absolutely fantastic today! They replaced our leaking boiler in record timing and were so kind and nice to work with! I’d recommend them to absolutely anyone! I have used gogo Boilers for the last three years having got fed up with BG and their so called service plan. I have had nothing but great service, easy to book, arrive on time and very clean work. BG were in and out in 10 minutes, Dave T who has done the last three services is really helpful. I have also had a new thermostat and yesterday a replacement part because of a leak. Dave explains and shows you what needs doing and tells you the price so you know exactly what is going on and the cost. He is also a really nice bloke. Our boiler developed a fault and we called gogo out. They were able to fit us in the very next day. The engineer that attended (Dave) was friendly and knowledgable and he managed to get the boiler up and running, but l explained that it was only a temporary fix and the boiler needed to be replaced (we had this verified by 2 separate companies who agreed the cost to repair outweighed the cost of a new boiler). Gogo's came out to fit the new boiler a few days later and,  while the installation proved to be difficult and we had a few issues along the way (for a number of reasons), my 4* rating is based on the way that Steve and his team reacted to the issues, and the help and support they gave us to get all the issues resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. We now have a new boiler, which is working well. We would recommend gogo boilers in an emergency, for new boilers and also for boiler maintenence.

Friendly engineers helped get a fix on the boiler that another company had quoted was going to be £600 to repair. The Gogo engineer cleverly identified the exact part that needed replacing (the seal to the condenser unit rather than the whole unit!) saving me £540! And the replaced seal has corrected the leak perfectly. Thank you Gogo!
