It is a legal requirement as a landlord to have a yearly gas safety inspection completed for your tenants this must be completed by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. By law you must obtain and keep a record of the safety check for 2 years and provide a copy to the tenant within 28 days of the check being completed or provide a copy to any new tenants before they move in.
Here at GoGo Boilers we offer a Landlord Gas safety service and are able to provide a Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate (LGSC) if it is required our engineers will be happy to service the boiler first. Our engineers make sure that your boiler is working effectively and safely.
As a part of our service to you, we offer an annual reminder service and are happy to communicate directly with tenants in your absence if this is more suited.
